  Constant hot water warm seat powerful jet osculation action and was relatively straight-forward to fit according to my plumber.   I purchased this toilet seat as I really wanted a Bidet in the new en-suite I was designing for my home but didnt have the space. I looked at bidettoilets combined but you have to have separate temperature and water controls which I didnt fancy.
