Constant hot water warm seat powerful jet osculation action and was relatively straight-forward to fit according to my plumber. All in all I had this professionally installed for less than it would have cost me to buy a similar seat from other suppliers I am absolutely delighted with it looks good as well as being incredibly functional and easy to use
