This is the best blender I have come across so far. It is pretty powerful. I use it to make green smoothies. I put a bunch of seeds and sometimes half a lemon seeds included and it always comes out smooth. It can pretty much liquefy anything you put in it. I was skeptical at first but I am very happy with this purchase
