  Goods Arrived Safely chairs were a night mare to fit the arms as the tooling holes were out I spent over 2 hrs rectifying the problem. I tried to file the holes bigger that was too slow I then used my Dremel with stone grinding wheels which i managed to ruin 10 bits doing the job that should have been done correctly. Chairs are great work a treat well worth the money. 180 kg RATED IS GOOD AS i AM A BIG GUY. Shame about the mods I had to make to fit the arms.

  After spending a fair amount of time doing the rounds on the office supply retailers I decided on this one as it seems to be great value - went together easy and is comfy.I guess we will see how long it lasts...

  The 2 holes at the rear of the seat mounting points are out. Had to file off 1mm each side of the holes before they can be screwed in without cross threading. It was a pain.The manufacturer need to reset their jig. Most customers will have trouble doing what I did. It was no fun for me either.So not impressed - just hope the PU leather quality is better than that and will last a while.

  The chair itself is comfortable but it had no instructions how to put it together and it may be missing some pieces for fixing the arms rests - we did find a solution it just doesnt seem to one intended by design. Custome.r service failed to answer to my inquiries about this issue

  Love the chair itself very good for my bad back. My only issues on assembly were..two of the screws that came with it were stuck together and stuck so tight there was no way I could separate them. Luckily I managed without those two. Second issue is the use of the Allen key on screws with hex sockets. In some instances there is no actual room to turn the Allen key..had to put screws in by hand and tighten them as close as I could. Bad design in that respect and needs rethinking. Other than that though am happy with the chair itself.

  I purchased this for my son he is very tall and has trouble with his legs. He could not find a chair that he could adapt to his needs until this chair. He loves it Im happy
