The unit was very easy to assemble and looks great on the front porch. Charlie loves it too The winters get cold here... I wanted the stray cats to have another option to stay warm. I am not sure if they will use this doghouse... I might have to put in an escape door to the side which I am told feral cats prefer to. However Charlie to whom I have adopted loves the house hes a cat who demands to go outside nightly.good product
