Easy to assemble with mostly clear instructions. Some of the screw size indicators could be more clear. Heavy and solid so it stays upright even when the cats leap at it from a distance. The two top platforms are nice and cushy and allows the cats a vantage to survey their domain. Comes with extra fluff balls for when the two already attached to the platforms inevitably get destroyed. The cats already disassembled one of the fluff balls and it was filled with nice sized soft scraps of the fur upholstery on the rest of the tree. So even though the fluff ball is gone we got some bonus toys out of it. This tree is a great value.
