  his is awesome. I use it nearly every day. Its super easy to fold up and roll away so I roll it out while I am watching TV in the front room. I was surprised with how little space it really takes up once its collapsed. The only difficult part of the whole thing was the assembly but its a very well crafted piece of equipment so Im not surprised that it didnt just clip together. Lots of bolts but the instructions were very easy to follow along with it was just a matter of time. All the tools were included as well so that was a time saver.

  This rower immediately appealed to me because it is a full body workout that is easy on the knees. I built about half of the rower myself until my husband took over. I do not often build the things in our house. Yet I found this pretty easy to put together and follow the directions. I only stopped to take over toddler care duty. From my part building I would say this comes with all the parts you need. However if you have your own tools that makes it way better and easier. I used one of our own ratchets and a ratcheting screwdriver. That lowered my frustration. As for actually using this the computer is pretty low tech compared to what is at the gym. However this works like a normal rowing machine. I did feel sore after using this but I am also really out of shape. Definitely this works for people just getting into fitness and working out. Plus it stores very easily.

  This row machine was easy to put together and works very well. It could use an updated interface. The interface is very basic and almost old school as it relates to current exercise machines. Either way its still nice and we like it.

  Everything was what I was looking for with this product. My wife and I use it and we love it. Quality and price were unbeatable. Just do it

  I like the simplicity and sturdiness of the equipment. I use it daily for fitness. In appearance it does not look as nice as the Marcy standing bike. But it is definitely a very good product.
