  The delivery is very quick and it was packed well and easy to assemble. The levels of resistance is amazing I can easily bump up the resistance for a intense workout and effortlessly turn it down for a nice cool down.   Bought this for my dad and so far he has really enjoyed using it to strengthen his back core and shoulders. We ended up putting it on a rug so it wouldnt move or slide around. Good weight and simple enough to set up. It takes a bit of adjusting but once you figure out the right strengthresistance youre looking for its great.

  So far so good The other positive reviews are pretty spot on. The instructions are seriously several steps. One person could put it together by themselves. I put it together with my husband. All the tools and parts come with the machine. It is seriously super simple.
