  i cant fault this machine. I wasnt sure of the brand but i took a risk and im glad i did. it works best on vynle or tiled surfaces however if u run this machine longer than normal on a carpeted surface it will do a great job. It picks up lots of animal hair and i like it better than my Dyson animal hand stick. this one talks to you when the basket needs emptying you can control the direction of the vacuuming by remote control if u wish and it has heaps of other options too. buy it u wont regret it.

  I bought this as a wedding present for friends. Got to see it in use at their place and it is cool. Very easynto setmup and get going. They were amazed and the new wife was over the moon. No more having to vacuum. Great product.

  Sucks up dirt hair n dust perfectly.Surprisingly its fairly quiet. Lack of rotating parts at suction mouth means no hairdirt hats stuck. Emptying and cleaning is easy. Rotating arms do get tangled with long hair and need regular cleaning.Dust filter is great. Catcher is good size for a few days worth of dirt.Havent tried the mop yet.Programming not too bad and remote control great. Send itself home. Sometimes need to direct it towards home as if cant see it.

  Excellent vacuum. I have extreme dust allergies and its nice no longer be near a vac while its working. Also it did a great job on pet hair. I was skeptical at first but it did an amazing job. One of my cats sheds all year round so daily vacuuming is a necessity. The mop attachment is also handy.
