  I dont like to write reviews but I want to make an exception. I love this item it has been working in a house with two babies and two cats. I scheduled it to work after we left the house and it doing quite well for daily cleanings. My both babies more than12 kg and cats love to sit on it while working and it has quite a strong motor.

  Works like a dream and is very quiet.I have not used the mop yet but I am hoping it works as good as the vacuum.Is very easy to clean out the dust.Love it.

  I purchased Dee in April. She arrived quickly and I have loved her from the moment she started working. The amount of hair and dirt she picks up is phenomenal. Initially she did make me feel like we were grubs but after a week of daily soldiering she had us whipped into shape. I use the mop function weekly and add disinfectant to the water dilution per bottle instructions. Using no other floor cleaners since April my floors are sparkling and clean solely due to Dee. She works exceptionally well on vinyl rugs tiles and carpet in the bedrooms. For carpeted rooms I use the turbo function for more suction but with rugs normal mode keeps them spick and span. She works for a couple of hours before needing to recharge. I love being able to set her loose in a dirty area eg when the dogs traipse in dirt from the yard and come back in a little while to sparkling clean floors. Ive got two long hair dogs and there is no visible dog hair anywhere. That doesnt mean she doesnt find hair every day Ive recommended her to lots of people at work. For the price she is an absolute bargain. She fits under an ensemble bed the couches tv unit hutches etc. I break the house into areas so she can do a concentrated clean every day. Being able to set her loose and walk out the door while she works is brilliant.

  Arrived today. I decided to vacuum by hand first to see if DeeBot could do better and the amount of dirt this bot picked up was amazing. Id recommend a DeeBot to anyone because more importantly than convenience this robot pulls up so much extra dirt than an ordinary vacuum can.The only downsides are1 Sometimes DeeBot bumps into chair legs leaving them out of place but its rubber bumper stops any damage.2The mopping function does a great job but the instruction manual doesnt mention if we can add cleaning products to completely sanitize the floor.A very great product especially for the price and even with the downsides its much much easier sanitary and convenient than an ordinary vacuum.

  Saves lots of time still have to vacuum in the corners but does a very good job

  Weve been on holiday and havent had time to use the Robot for any length of time. So far it is working magic. Fastway delivery is a joke and we had to cancel the first day of our holidays as they didnt contact us prior to delivery.

  I have been wanting a robo vacuum for a long time but just couldnt afford one. After reading the reviews on Crazy Sales I decided to give Deebot 12-1 a go. I was expecting to Follow the vacuum around to get it out of trouble however apart from the first day and today after a week of non usage the machine worked brilliantly unaided cleaning uneven carpets and even rubber floor mats. I have no ideal how the other big brand robo vacuums work but for the money I am extremely happy with my Deebot. I havent tried the mopping function yet but I use the vacuum function every day.Con usually if it gets caught during a run it doesnt get caught again in the same spot however today the cleaner kept going back to the same spot and getting caught over and over which was a bit of a pain
