Best investment.I had a massuve dvt and three surgeries as i got better this machine has helped relieve pain cramps restless leg syndrome abd post thrombitic syndrome and assisted me in my revovery. It helped and supported me then and now. Now i train and if i get tired calfs and feet it soothes them. I wear compression stockings and i get tired of wearing themripping these socks off and using this machine is a welcome relief Anyone can use it my nephew whom is a tradie tried it out and now us in love
