Item Description

Provide a perfectly flat surface for the bottom layer of your print with the Upgraded 3D Printer Glass Bed. This Ender 3 coated glass bed allows moulds to be stuck on it firmly without any curling edges. It offers an incredibly flat and smooth surface for 3D printing. This borosilicate glass bed surface is advanced and superior so that no indentations would be left on the mould surfaces. It is super easy to remove the model from the glass bed at room temperature. Moreover, the 3d printer build plate is compatible with Creality 3d printer Ender-3S, Ender-3 Pro, Ender-3 V2, Ender-5, CR-20 and more. 

Features

  • No Edge Curling: With the 3D printer coated glass bed, moulds could stick on this bed firmly without glue, avoiding any curling edges.
  • No Indentation Printing: Upgraded Ender 3 glass plate has a much smaller CREALITY logo than the older version, avoiding leaving logo indentations on the mould surfaces during 3D printing.
  • Excellent Flatness: Improved 3D printer glass plate provides a flat and smooth surface than a magnetic sticker or PEI sheet, ensuring high flatness for the bottom layer of the models.
  • Super Convenient: Easy to take off the model, no tools needed. This bed is constructed from borosilicate glass which is sturdy and durable, has a strong heat resistance and withstands long time use without frequent replacement. This borosilicate glass could be fixed with middle-sized clips and cleaned with alcohol or acetone at room temperature.
  • Compatibility: The 3D printer part is applicable with Creality 3D printer Ender-3, Ender-3 Pro, Ender-3S, Ender-3X, Ender-3 V2, Ender-5, Ender-5 Pro and CR-20, CR-20 Pro. Please confirm whether this borosilicate glass bed is compatible with your printer or not.

Please note:

The surface is incredibly sticky at high temperatures for plastics such as PETG, PLA and ABS. Once the print has finished, DO NOT immediately try to remove the model from the glass bed with force. This glass bed must come down to room temperature to "release" the model. Attempting to forcibly remove the print from the glass bed at high temperatures WILL DAMAGE the proprietary surface.

Temperature settings for different filaments:

1. PLA: 50-70ºC

2. Flexible filament: 50-70ºC

3. ABS: 100-125ºC (110ºC is recommended)

4. PC: 100-130ºC (120ºC is recommended)

5. Nylon: 90-120ºC (110ºC is recommended)

6. PP: 100-130ºC (120ºC is recommended)

7. PETG: 50-70ºC
