HiThis is a great product and works very well. I used filtered water and it is great. No chemicals and tastes great. This machine is well worth the money. Save petrol running to shop to buy ice and can make it anytime. Cheers.

This ice machine is great I use it every day with the high heat we are having at the moment. the only drawback is the size of the ice large is not really big enough.With that said it does exactly what the add seas about it I have bags of ice in the freezer that is great for parties. The machine arrived promptly amp I am very satisfied with both the service amp machine.
