Good chair nice massage on back and feet. Air pillows on arms and legs. The head and neck piece is a little bulky for my head but ok. A bit tricky to know where the tubes and cords connected when setting up but got help from OZ Auction quickly. The manual says you need an allen key and 2 screws but in fact you dont. The side head pieces just slide in. but manual doesnt tell you that Happy with my purchase
