If your looking for something to start out with these are ideal they are cheap and they do the job ideal to start out with you can up grade later on better than going to the expense and deciding its not what your looking for. Good for the price

Item Description

These Thai boxing punch mitts are worn by trainers or partners who act as moving targets during workouts to help perfect punching technique. Made of rugged PVC, they are padded with extra-thick, shock-absorbing foam to help cushion blows and protect the hand and wrist.

These focus pads are great for improving speed and agility, as well as developing better hooks, jabs and uppercuts. The mitts allows you to practice straight, accurate punches and boxing combinations, and the elastic strap and finger slots on the back hold the mitts securely in place.
