Ordered steam mop pads 2 weeks ago. The tracking number doesn't exist and no sign of them. After reading the online reviews I'm not hopeful they'll turn up any time soon.

We have gone through so many mops in the last few years but this one is the first to meet all our requirements - easy to use, comes with a bucket, the spin function is great. Mopping the house is not so much of a chore now! Highly recommended.
