Could not be happier There are many levels of tension and since you are 100 in control of your workout you get what you put into it. I expected it to be solid but was amazed at the quality. The pulls and slides seat are very smooth and very quiet.

Very happy with it It was very easy to assemble. It took only 30 minutes for my husband to put it together. I was amazed at how quiet it is and how smooth it glides. Very easy to use. Been using it already for a month and a half and I am very satisfied. It is a decent workout and I already notice that I have loss some weight.
